Yoga Tips For Pregnant Women

Whether you start practising yoga after you get pregnant, or you already have a practice, yoga can help you to consciously connect to the process of nature and your baby and prepare you for your birth. Below are some tips for new and experienced pregnant yoginis. So, instead of going for the “No Contact Rule,” try going for the “let’s fix it” rule. Insecurities stem from a  lack of communication . When you stop discussing your troubles, your happy moments, your workdays, you’re just unfair to your relationship because that’s not what love is. Love is to share everything, the good and the bad. Long Distance Relationships, like any other relationship, require a lot (if not more) hard work and trust to be able to pass the test of distance. ...
